Variant Intelligence Applications^TM (VIA) software is a complete and integrated solution for the visualization, interpretation and reporting of genomic variants from multiple technology types. As the successor to NxClinical 6.2, the ability to analyze OGM heme samples is highlighted in VIA 7.0. This session provides an overview of how to upload OGM samples from Bionano Access 1.8 to VIA 7.0 and set up sample types to process data in VIA.
