Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) data and VIA software provides a sample to answer solution for analysis of hematological malignancies.   This session reviews the major features available in VIA 7.0 for heme samples, including a new circos plot, chromosome browser, variant filter pipelines, guideline selection table, and report generation.
