Structural Variants (SVs) are a hallmark of cancer and genetic diseases. Uncovering SVs in the genome that can lead to improved diagnostics, help inform prognosis, contribute to the discovery of life-saving treatments, and overall improve people’s lives…that’s our mission. And we couldn’t do it without you, and your innovative research!
That’s why we are excited to partner with you, and empower you with our optical genome mapping (OGM) technology, so you can generate new scientific breakthroughs that can revolutionize healthcare.
A team of Bionano medical professionals and scientists will review and judge all submissions. Categories that will be evaluated for selection of winners are:
INNOVATION: project has potential to lead to new scientific breakthroughs |
|
SCIENTIFIC RIGOR: project scope is clear, methods well described and technically accurate, clear delineation of expected types of data outputs |
|
ALIGNMENT TO OUR MISSION: project focus area or application aligned with Bionano’s mission |
Five winners will be selected.
The grant program is open to researchers in the clinical genomics space. Priority will be given to research
projects associated with the research areas recommended above.
All Applications must be submitted in English language. One entry per person.
