It’s become a tradition for Bionano to give an overview of the past year and a sneak peek of new products and technologies during our workshop at the Annual Meeting of the American Society of Human Genetics, which was held this year in our own hometown of San Diego.

Our workshop featured presentations by several geneticist and cancer researchers, but we started by launching a way to automatically validate Bionano SV calls with NGS data, and we previewed an all new, much faster sample prep, algorithms for detection of SVs present in low allelic fraction, and spectacular new visualization and filtering tools.  See for yourself and hopefully you are as excited for the coming year as we are!
