Bionano is on the ground in Florida for the Advances in Genome Biology and Technology (AGBT) General Meeting, and it promises to be a conference to remember. We are showing data generated with our brand new Direct Label and Stain (DLS) chemistry in oral and poster presentations at the conference, and our commercial team will be on site as well.
The posters presented focus on DLS’ ability to detect and visualize SVs in cancer and genetic disease, and on de novo genome assembly. Poster titles link to PDFs of each of the posters.
On general DLS technology and performance:
Presented by Amy Files, poster 808
DLS for the detection of large structural variants:
Broad Range Chromosomal Abnormality Detection through Bionano Genome Mapping
Presented by Alex Hastie, poster 411
DLS for SV detection in cancer:
Efficient Structural Variation Detection and Annotation Using Bionano Genome Mapping
Presented by Andy Pang, poster 709
DLS for genome assembly:
Presented by Jian Wang, poster 917
If you’re at AGBT and want to find out all about DLS, let us know and come find us during the Tuesday poster sessions!
